About Me

I'm based in Sri Lanka and currently pursuing my undergraduate studies at SLIIT, focusing on Data Science. My academic journey began in 2021 when I enrolled in the BSc (Hons) in Information Technology, specializing in Data Science, where I delved into various aspects of data analysis, visualization, and programming.

As I progressed through my studies, my passion for leveraging data to derive insights grew, leading me to pursue further specialization. Currently, I'm pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Data Science at SLIIT, where I am honing my skills in advanced data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.

SpaceX Falcon 9 Launch Predictions

Role: Assisting in data analysis and visualization projects
Responsibility: Data Collection & Preparation, Machine Learning Modeling, Data Visualization, Dashboard Development and Mapping & Spatial Analysis

Outcome: The project successfully predicted SpaceX Falcon 9 launch prices for Space Y, developed a machine learning model for reuse potential, created an interactive dashboard, and presented the data science journey to stakeholders.
Social Media Analyze(On-processing)

Role: Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data on client's social media posts
Responsibility: Automating data extraction, analysis, and visualization

Outcome: Improved social media performance based on data-driven recommendations
